Service inconsistencies at a Large Resort
pushy stafflimited variety
The resort was nice. Some staff asked for tips. I found this presumptuous. The shower in the room had issues. It turned off frequently by itself, then took a long time to come back on. I found it annoying. the food options were repetitive. A limited variety led to meals of pasta or chips most nights.

i found the pools to be well kept. the gardens all around the hotel are beautiful. the staff ensured our stay was comfortable.
the cleanliness was not good. i found hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. the towels were not replaced regularly.

This was my first time at the resort. I was impressed by the high level of service and care. Sameh Mohamed kept our room super clean with fresh flower decorations every day. Mr Beshoy was polite and friendly. His service went beyond expectations. I was very pleased when the security team found my lost wallet.
The resort is huge, so getting around can take time. shuttle buses are available. The schedule was not always consistent.

The room included a king-size bed. It had fresh linens and comfortable pillows. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All were replenished daily. All were high-quality.

The staff were attentive and helpful. They promptly addressed requests! The front desk offered quick check-in and check-out services. I found this convenient.

The main restaurant featured a diverse buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The à la carte restaurants provided a more intimate dining experience. The Italian restaurant had fresh pasta and seafood dishes. I recommend it.

The pool area featured several pools, a water park, and a kids' club. The beach provided ample sunbeds and umbrellas. The gym included modern equipment. I really enjoyed it. There was also a dive center. It was a great advantage.
